i woke up this morning to see a big pile of leaves in my garden, and i felt very autumnal! so i decided to wear autumn colours today :)
so this is for the foundation of style competition! i guess this represents the foundations of my style because i tend to rely a lot on denim in every season. in winter i opt for denim jeans with a big chunky coat/jacket/jumper, in spring it’s the denim jackets, in summer, denim skirts/dresses/shorts and in autumn i wear a mixture of all of these! i think that anybody can pull of denim and it suits every body shape and of course, it will never go out of fashion! also, this outfit represents the foundations of my style because i love wearing boots, especially lace up boots, boots with a chunky sole, anything chunky and maybe slightly male-ish. i can often be seen wearing a really pretty dress/skirt and then team it with a pair of biker/work boots. i love the contrasting styles mixed together in one outfit. i’d incorporate the foundation of style’s lipgloss into my style everyday, i think lipgloss is a perfect way to enhance your features with looking ‘too done up’ and so it can be worn everyday, and night :)
so yeah, that’s my foundation of style. work/biker boots, denim, tights, shorts, jumpers, scarves and shoulder bags. all my favourite things in one outfit :)
