Style is defined in more ways than i can count and really, it’s all a matter of perspective. here, i’m gonna share a mini view of mine!
to me, style is more than just expensive stuff put together or yet another outfit copied from the perceived style leaders or fashion magazines or reads.
it’s a personal touch to everything that makes the image of someone, Someone.
with mass production and so many forms of clothes, accessories, shoes, bags and whatnot , without that personal touch, all else is bland and blah.
What makes mine is the way i’m learning to be more particular about my purchases to make them that of which i do not regret – rather than just purchasing every sole i can possibly afford from the shop displays. Everyone has some sort of a formula to their attire or dressing everyday – some in comfort, some at extremes for examples.
Mine, is mixing the items found on the cheap with that of a higher level of fashion and nothing gives me greater satisfaction. After all, i do have my financial limits as a student and i know that there are many out there whom are facing a situation like mine. With limits, what makes my style would be the key / statement items i wear for the day – which is usually none other than our beloved Miss Shoes & Miss Heels. Try it, a simple outfit is practically jazzed up to the next level simply by the wearing of a pair of beautiful shoes (which makes all the difference)! Accessories would be next in line in importance as what’s there not to love? They’re a lot cheaper than shoes, too!
last but not least, i know i may sound passe and cliched, but really, confidence makes all the difference when it comes to style. And what i have, I bring my confidence with me as i walk that 4 inch pair that you don’t see up in the photos there ;)
Love,
