Hello everyone!! =)
I hope you had a fun weekend. Mine’s not bad though a bit wet, it’s been raining for days and it’s nice.=) I just stayed at home and played music and sang along until my throat ached and watched Two and a half men—-i finished 4 seasons in a week! I still have 3 seasons to go but if i run out, i might go back to SATC or Only fools and Horses. =)
Anyway, this was the outfit i wore when we went out to have some Korean food. We cooked our own food and it was fun (the only time i insisted to do the cooking!), and yes, i had prawns! And no, i didnt share!! =) And i had to adjust the belt after the meal to make room for some tea. =) Back to the outfit—this jacket is my 2nd favourite H&M jacket, i’ll show you my number 1 favourite soon. That’s why i love H&M because they make pretty pieces once in a while, “it” items that everybody wants, pieces that you cancel the lunch with mum for—to go hunting only to find out that like the 10 other stores you visited, they also don’t have it. They disappear like magic which makes you want them more. You remember that dress from the garden collection? Some chictopians have it and my god, how obsessed i was with that dress and no, didnt find it anywhere, not in the UK, not in Dubai. I found one in Ebay but it was gone before i could click the “buy it now” button, i was happy to buy it even if me and my sisters can fit in it—that big! Anyway, this jacket was the same. The husband and i looked, him in the UK and I in Dubai. I won. I found it in Emirates mall, one mall i dont go to much because it’s a long drive from where we usually stay. But i had to go, i had to try, i had to know i did try. Bustier top is from Topshop, well, we all know they always have pretty pieces. I go there even if i’m not looking for anything, i know i’ll find something nice, always. Trousers—i’m obsessed with them right now that i might put the jeans back in the box!
That’s it for me, but before i go check your chicness, i would like t share some funny lines from Two and a half men (I watched all night with a glass of Bailey’s and with two dogs snoring next to me!) =)
Charlie: Hey, if you listened to me in the first place, you wouldn’t be in this mess. I’m the one who told you not to marry her.
Alan: You’re also the one who told me that if I jumped off the garage roof with a bath towel tied around my neck, I could fly to school.
Alan: It was like our souls were merging.
Charlie: That was saliva, Alan.
Alan: All right, even if I weren’t deathly ill, which I am, I wouldn’t go out on a blind double date with you!
Charlie: Why not?
Alan: Summer of my junior year? The Seals and Crofts concert? You got the incredible cheerleader, and I got her sister, The Incredible Hulk!?
Alan: Get your jacket, it’s time to go.
Jake: I don’t want to go. I hate clothes shopping
Alan: Well, you can’t stay here alone.
Jake: Why not?
Alan: You know why not.
Jake: But I don’t have a turtle to put in the microwave anymore.
Alan: Get your jacket.
Jake: Fine. I’ll put on my stupid jacket and we’ll get in the stupid car and we’ll go stupid clothes shopping.
Charlie: Hey! Don’t talk to your stupid father like that
Jake: These clothes look stupid.
Charlie: You’re ten. No one cares
Jake: Uncle Charlie, why is Berta (Housekeeper) leaving?
Charlie: Why? It doesn’t matter, Jake. What matters is she’s gone… and we’re all going to die!!
Jake: Why do you hate your mother (His grandma)?
Charlie: I’ll tell you all about that when you’re old enough to drink.
Have a good sunday/monday everyone!!! =)
