There is something so whimsical about this dress. Although I regret that the color actually looks so blue in these photos when it’s in fact, lavender, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. A light breeze was blowing through the air as I took these and moved the dress in such a beautiful way. My dad also came back from his walk to Peet’s and came through the little fence door behind me, and was like, “what are you taking pictures of?” I said, “myself! For my blog!” For some reason, he thought that was funny. And questioned my dress, did I get it at the Expo? Yes, BUT it’s vintage! So somehow that doesn’t count as a real purchase…I wasn’t really convincing him with that argument. Hey, it’s my paycheck money after all. And yes, this is one of the little gems I picked up yesterday at the Expo! I swear everyone there was thinking, “who is this crazy chick with her huge reusable shopping bag trying to buy us all out?” But, it’s better to be insane than normal, I think. Normal is boring!
