Ruffles and lace yesterday, power-shoulders and army green today. Geez! How I love fashion and style bipolarity!
I always love diversifying and reinventing my look… I do it almost everyday thus from the girly girl outfit from yesterday to a more androgynous military inspired look! Actually, the main inspiration for this look are boyscouts… one to be precise, my brother Enzo who used to own these shorts back from when he was 7 years old…After some tailoring especially in the waist area, I came up with perfectly fitted army green shorts, which is quite trendy considering fatigue green and military chic is all the rage still. My boyfriend asked if I was selling cookies for brownie points! Haha!
I paired it with a button down classic white shirt with a power shoulder twist. I love how fierce the shoulders of this top is without being too extravagant/ bordering on Lady Gaga because of how beautifully tailored it is. I rocked out the look with some studs, a CHAIN layered bib necklace from Glitterati’s accessory line and a metal heeled wedge pair from Soule Phenomenon. Kept my hair up in a bun because I was too lazy to style it. (Finally my hair is up again!)
Hope it worked! xx
