prom prom prom!

finally got a photo to show off my prom dress to the rest of chictopia. exciting!

i had trouble finding one, because i found out that after shopping vintage dresses for so many years i’ve forgotten that in modern dresses its really difficult to find the perfect dress for my body type. i tried on hundreds of dresses in department stores in london, and was just about to give up when my mom spotted this baby.

i need an empire waist dress and was looking for something green, after falling in love with keira knightly’s gorgeous gown in atonement. my mom spotted this in the see by chloe section and as it was the last dress that i could stand to try on, it was perfect.

i accessorized with an anne klein gold-chained necklace and shoes from zara. i then found an adorable vintage clutch at laura dols. i also wore my bona drag peasant feather hairpiece.
