That skirt is SOOO cool! It makes me think 'steampunk' haha- but in a way better way than how it actually exists...sort of victorian and sort of goth... I really dig all that ruffle-y volume on the back...And the shirt goes with it perfectly. The polka dots and clogs give it a sort of eclectic lightness which makes for a rather perfect look! =)
