To help everyone out, this is a size small. It goes by your lower waist, not your natural. :) Here is the link from True Religion of the belt http://www.truereligionbrandjeans.com/r/7/pd/p/904504392.html They also say this belt runs small, so if you are an XS or "28", this would fit even better. :)))

i just looked on the website and im guessing its by waist size and it also says their belts run small so this woul fit a size 28 inch waist (even though it looks like its a hip belt) they really shouldve just listed the length of the belt to help everyone out. and US sizing is all over the place so theres no set sizing for everything. im used to seeing a small, medium or large belt sizing...
