This is one of my paper cut fashion illustrations created with Japanese washi paper. I draw female figures and then decorate them with cut pieces of paper which I carefully arrange and stick. This piece was inspired by summers spent in Japan, my other home country. The summer kimonos (also known as yukata) are worn during the summer festival season. Yukatas and kimonos are incredibly feminine, the decorative details are beautiful and the obi creates a slender and elegant silhouette, magically correcting your posture, transforming you to float daintily like a geisha princess. Anyone who has the chance I recommend you wear a kimono, they are exquisite!

So adding.
