Summer ain’t over yet and it’s only becoming hotter each day. So why not take a cue from these chic fashion icons/celebrities to make you look stylish yet feeling cool all at the same time.
First Photo: Alexa Chung and Amanda Seyfried (left-to right)
Alexa Chung is still able to pull a button-up shirt in this heat! How? Tuck it in your shorts, roll up the sleeves and wear the coolest kind of fabric. Sheer fabrics and soft and thin linens will do you well. Just add in cute accessories like three-strap flats and leopard-print purse and you’re on your oozing with a cool and chic vibe!
Amanda Seyfried dons one of the hottest, errrr coolest clothing this summer – the mini romper. Not only does it look cool but it keeps you feeling cool as well. See, she can even drink a hot Starbucks drink! And even if she’s wearing some flip flops, she still looks sophisticated. Of course, there’s a bit of help from the classy Chanel bag she’s carrying.
Second Photo: Models Jessica Hart and Agyness Deyn (left-to right)
Jessica Hart keeps it cool by matching a feminine floral mini dress from H&M with masculine accessories like a classic Chuck Taylors, a fedora hat and round sunglasses. And the finishing touch? She carries one of summer’s “IT” bags, the studded and fringed mini shoulder bag from Topshop!
Agyness Deyn on the other hand keeps it cool and casual in AllSaints – from the dress to the sandals – all in graphite gray color. Add in some wayfarers to complete that cool look. She and her pooch even matches!
Third Photo: Alessandra Ambrosio and Helena Christensen (left-to right)
Alessandra Ambrosio keeps it cool in another romper number. She’s wearing the Seneca Rising’s Holland Romper matched with Colin Stuart’s piped sandals. No need to layer in this kind of heat. So all she did was to mix in standout accessories like the cool blue sunglasses and Loewe’s Amazona Bag ($9350) in Ostrich.
Last but not the least, if you want to exude utter chicness, check out Helena Christensen’s summer outfit. She simply wears a low neckline floral dress and wore a round neck tank beneath for a layer. Mix it with simple accessories to make the dress and its print stand out!
