For 11 years up until HS, I studied in an exclusive school for girls. Surprisingly everyone back then were really not fashion conscious. Everybody just loves wearing loose shirts, baggy pants, loafers. It’s as if everyday there’s a contest of who’s the most tomboy. I’ve spent my whole HS burning time over cheering practices— we never really had the time and patience to make an effort and be all glamorous. But there was a point when I started really dressing up. I remember that one day I decided to break free from the norm and wore cropped jeans, white tee and I can’t remember the shoes but everyone kept teasing me about it. Even my family thinks I’m an eccentric dresser. But I think that’s only because I live in a country where not everybody embraces “style” or “fashion” the way Parisians or New Yorkers do. They still tease me up to now, but I think the teasing already revolved from mockery to silent approval? haha. If I only have a time machine, Iwould really love to relive HS wearing this and not our boring uniform!
So there. Don’t forget to check my blog about my giveaway update. Amazing prizes are at stake!!!
