I don’t really have too many bad habits. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink except for when the occasion insists, and I don’t incessantly pop my gum (easily the worse of the 3, haha).
But I do like to buy new things. Because I’m planning to move soon, I’ve been trying to stop it, but it’s really difficult. I’ve been trying to get rid of some of my wardrobe by selling it here. It’s funny. I do get attached to clothing, but only insofar as I actually wear it. It might be pretty, but if I’m not getting use out of it, then a picture or memory is enough.
Which brings me to this outfit. Most everything is decently old. From months ago, at least. Only the belt and shorts are fairly recent purchases, but hey, I do have to scratch the itch every once in a while, right? Being forced to pare down my closet has left standing only the clothing that I really love and wear, and it makes me realize that it doesn’t necessarily matter where your clothing comes from. Forever 21 may be known as fast fashion, but there are a few pieces that are a worthwhile buy and a longtime love like this printed F21 top of mine.
