Summer layers, San Francisco-style. I found this little polka dot dress at a thrift store and loved the fabric, but it was floor length and quite dowdy. So a bit of hemming later, and voila! The perfect swingy little dress! The cozy red cardigan is a longtime favorite. I’m a sucker for an oversized cardigan in an unexpected color.
