This Anna Sui spring 2009 runway dress is Vincent Van Gogh’s painting Starry Night transformed into a sartorial vision: they share swirling constellations set in the sky looming large over a phantasmagorical earth. My frock’s field of flowers is touched by a rainbow & constructed of chiffon petals, sequins & beads.
