Hello guys! This is my wardrobe remix post :) As i was thinking of what closet item to feature for this, i wanted something trendy and unique. So what better way to capture that than this eye-catching, hot pink mini skirt with tons and tons of ruffles?! Here’s how I wore it :)
Tea party, anyone?
This first look is a fun, feminine and young way of wearing my pink skirt. Doesn’t it remind you of our childhood days when we used to play tea party with our stuffed toys? I paired the skirt with this white top, which just screams girlie with its ruffled details and chiffon cloth. I added my favorite denim vest to give the outfit more color; putting a flower pin to add to the femininity. Finally, i tried the socks with heels trend to emphasize its youthful vibe.
Eclectic Eighties
This style is really not my usual getup. But since wardrobe remix is all about exploring different styles, I figured why not give this colorful, “punky” look a try? I paired my skirt with a grey tee with a print of an old school band silhouette. To make it more unusual,I wore bright indigo socks that were probably just as attention-seeking as my hot pink skirt. The clash of bright colors added to the eclectic vibe. Finally, I added my sequined braided headband. In the end, I felt like I was going to attend a Cindy Lauper concert!
Sassy Girl
Sassy and classy make this style. It gives that “independent woman” image. The sophistication of the outfit is provided by the black lace tunic and those lovely heels. It’s definitely more mature than the previous mixes and shows that this hot pink skirt can be classy chic as well.
