I was excited when I read about the Teen vogue remix competition, a feature in Teen Vogue!!
Amazing!!! So this is my entry, the item i chose to remix was a Leopard print playsuit/romper from H&M
probably not the easiest thing to remix given that its a very bold print and being a romper might not be the easiest thing
to layer! But here goes…
Lunch with the Ladies…
This first outfit I wore out with my girlies for a little lunch date in a cafe in the city, I kept the emphasis on the playsuit teaming it with a
tan waist belt, tan multi strap wedges, black ankle socks and a simple vintage necklace. To kept the outfit girly and feminine a put my hair is soft
loose pigtails.
Art Gallery Opening…
For an art gallery opening that i attended with my boyfriend, I decided to team my playsuit with a high waisted mini black skirt, a slate grey waist belt,
gun metal grey bow clutch and gun metal grey flat sandals and any excuse to wear my bowler hat :)
Groovin it at a gig..,
I never like to wear heels to a gig because i always end up standing all night, i layered over my playsuit this time with a washed out beatles tee shirt which i tied in a knot to keep the proportions right, a long emerald cardy to keep me warm, a wrap around skinny studded belt and knee high socks and cream brogues.
My Tips:
Play with different belts and cinching can make the item look so different
Layer patterns over patterns
Layer with a tee over the top and tie in a knot to add a twist,
Changing your hair and accessories can create a completely different look ( im wearing three different colours of glasses in these photos!)
