Today marks the day that the Philippines has a new president, President Noynoy Aquino. It was considered a holiday today cause of the inauguration which took place earlier today. The ceremony was spectacular, I was so moved by everything our newly elected president stated in his speech. I’m so happy for our country, and hopefully this will spark change within us all, for we should all change for the better, for change is refreshing!
Anyway, about my outfit.. I wanted to wear something comfortable and something was was pretty cool cause it was sorta hot today (as you can all see in my photos), and I wanted to switch up the way I’ve been dressing a bit.. The whole dressy yet laid back look, with a different color palette, cause as you can see, I’m in brown again! My mom and I went to High Street for some cupcakes (FINALLY! I’ve been craving for some for awhile now) then headed to the Collective to visit my friend Angela for a bit then had a snack. It was nice to chill and see her again after so long now! Okay about my previous blog post, thanks for those of you who commented such sweet things, and I’m sorry for sounding so pessimistic. I may not be over it yet, but I guess such is life. I’m working on it, baby steps I guess.
