sometimes I wish I were in Almost Famous… minus the groupie part.
I had this wrap deal on as a scarf earlier but.. it was kind of blending into my hair.. in a looks-like-I-have-a-gnome-beard kind of way. I hate that. I have the same problem with black hats. They look like an extension of my hair.
I’m wearing this scary pin pnut gave me last time she was in town. cats in old fashion hats.. it’s very me.
I finally got around to cleaning my jewelry shelf. It’s been in extreme disarray since the shoot. I guess you can’t really tell how organized it is from the photo.. but trust, it is. I don’t really like jewelry boxes because everything gets tangled and I forget about pieces if they’re not right in front of me. So I removed the top shelf of the bookshelf in my room, giving me ample space for jewelry trees to hang everything on. The only pain in the ass part about this arrangement is taking everything off to dust the shelf.
The new Of Montreal single is pretty awesome. “Id Engager” – I suggest you DL it. Also in music news, The Faint is coming back around for another lap on their tour. I was crossing my fingers that the SF date was on a weekend so I could plan my trip up there around it.. but, of course, it’s on a wednesday..
I will still be venturing up there soon!
