I can only say this - awesome. Well, also this - you two are awesome. I still can't tie a bow tie and it is an enduring shame in my life.

Thank you! But I should be ashamed as well--I didn't tie this one! :( Let's create a How-to thread in the forums!

Trendy Style, best suited for a Boys Night Out
May 30, 2008

Last Friday I wore this outfit to go out with the kids. To celebrate the ending of a busy workweek I sported a bow tie and red skinny jeans.

When you’re a man about town it is important to dress with care. Take it up a couple of notches and look different from the rest by paying close attention to details:

1. Tuck in your shirt (care of andrewclick).
2. Wear a belt.
3. Give your hair some care.

I’m not necessarily one, but sometimes it’s nice to pretend to be a “boulevardier.” Dressing up isn’t just for girls!

Remember to keep it real and interpret things you find inspiring and fascinating vs. imitating them. Imitation can be the highest form of flattery, but it can also be the worst form of fashion!

P.S. Last photo care of Sidewalk Ceremony.
