This picture’s a bit old, but it’s a favorite outfit of mine. I admit I’m a big fan of high-waisted almost anything (again, almost) and this skirt is no exception. The majority of it was thrifted, minus the knee socks and simple wifebeater. Oh, and there’s a 10 cent belt in there too!
