Hey everyone and hello the month of June! I hope you all had a fun filled weekend! I am sad it is over, but at least summer is just around the corner. My weekend started off on a good note when I received a package from Queen’s Wardrobe, and I was delightfully surprised to find this pretty chiffon dress in it! I couldn’t help myself and put it on right when I got. I’ve been sporting it all weekend long. The intricate embroidery is just exquisite. I think I finally found my ultimate summer dress.
I spent Memorial Day at Ventura Beach. The weather was absolutely fantastic and the beach vibe was so chill. Soaked up the rays along the shore and had Mexican food for lunch. I wish I lived closer to the water so I could go every single day. We hit up all the thrift stores in Downtown Ventura afterward. Ventura is seriously the best place for vintage and thrift shopping. Main Street is just lined with shop after shop. They were totally packed yesterday, but I was able to snag up 6 vintage blouses all for under $15. And most of them were silk and in pretty shades of sherbet ice cream. I cannot wait to wear them. I also have a few old vintage blouses that I want to make more summery by shortening their sleeves. This will keep me busy this week. Anyways, it was such a fabulous Monday! Pictures to come soon!
