I’m mystified at the fact that it’s June but it feels like yesterday that I was enjoying last summer. Anyway, today was spent at school and then a trip to a nearby town with my sister. I wasn’t expecting much, but I found two lovely stores that made me giddy about shopping again. One was a quirky mix of vintage accessories and cute new clothing, and the other was a glorious vintage shop. I certainly prefer browsing to actually shopping, but I haven’t encountered a vintage store so welcoming as this one. Pretty 1950’s dresses? Ah, expect to hear more about this sometime! I also came across a bead store which had a ton of unique options… which interested me, with all of the beading I’ve been doing lately. Sadly, I only had $3 on me after I ate a pita sandwich, but it’s close enough that I can take one bus for transportation.

Hope you’re all well and not missing the holiday weekend too much!
