Doesn't feel like 16 yrs. old

Idk if you can say im an official young woman now, since i turned 16teen recently my mom and dad had the talk with me about how there going to be treating me more like an adult now and i’m feeling the pressure but then again i’m not. I feel kinda awkward at this age but then I feel liberated somewhat. Is it weird to feel this way at this particular age? when I went into american apparel for the first time In Miami, Two things were in my mind: the clothes are so funky and cool and that the prices were too expensive! But guess what..My mom’s friend, who was so cool and chill works at the store we were at and gave us a 50 percent discount =) That was Awesome.
