It’s been a pretty long time since I’ve posted on here. The most major change would be that now I’m part of the team at the über-progressive San Francisco boutique, Acrimony. We also have a Chictopia account, so expect more updates on there, too.

I was a bit (okay a lot) hungover from my friend’s birthday party last night and when I realized that I needed to get some groceries, I was not pleased to look out my window and see the fury of God spreading over the city in the form of torrential rains. But then I realized it gave me a great chance to break out my new favorite thing: my new Rick Owens coat. It’s made from a jacquard cotton/nylon weave, but the lining is pretty heavy, so it’s basically the perfect piece of outerwear for the Bay Area: lightweight for when it’s hot and insulated for when it’s cold. And look at that collar? What’s not to love?

Here’s hoping to less rain (but more cold), so I can keep living in this coat.
