Being that I am a senior in High school, we have "privilege’ [so they say] to go on school trips. On Friday we went to the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, New York Library on 42st and 5Th ave. COME ON!?!? It is May 26 I graduate a month from know and I’m completely skeptical about WHY my teachers are still assigning papers.I mean prom is two weeks from now and i sure wont be distracted by anything. That sounds really bad,I know but I’m just SOOO excited for prom. The theme is Oscar night so I have to look absolutely glamorous. I have a beautiful dress and a gorgeous prom date, my boyfriend of three years!!!!!! =] We’ve have been waiting for this day since sophomore year. I cant wait!!! x33333 But anyway, although the library is full of beautiful architecture and timeless paintings, I did not see one book at all. It was overly complicated to request one so I grabbed Dylan and ditched the trip. He he, so bad. We stayed in Bryant park and enjoyed the glorious weather. Later, we went shopping in Herald Square. H&M!!! OMGGGG, i saw the prettiest dress for the Fashion Against Aids collection, a long white Goddess looking tiered dress. Ahhhh, they only had one more left and i was…………….. really upset because it was a large =[ I am so determined to search every H&M in NEW YORK for that dress! i bet that will be quite a story if I find it but Ill keep my fingers crossed for now.!
SO, about this look… Ive been wanting a American apparel lace bodysuit for quite a while and I was browsing Forever21.com when I haphazardly stumbled upon a similar version of the American Apparel bodysuit. The next day I bought it in Forever21 for only 14$. Oh, how my wallet was relieved, i saved about 20$. Plus I hadn’t heard great reviews from the AA bodysuit, a lot of people say it runs so small. Well I was super satisfied with my purchase. The pants are gorgeous and really comfortable so that’s my kind of pant. Gold and wooden accessories to give it a little BAM! The purse is from a vintage boutique in Brooklyn and was only 12$.Gosh,I’m on a roll with all these bargains. the cardigan give it a pop of color and the shoes went with the gold in this outfit.
