Some of you may have noticed that “Grandma” has now been added to the style drop-down menu. This is in part because I’m so obsessed with grandma-inspired duds, that Helen gave in to my pleas to add it.
Granted, I might be crazy for looking at the elderly and being inspired, but inspiration can come from anything and as far as I’m concerned there’s nothing more inspiring than seasoned fashionistas from the days of yore.
I’m not the only one inspired by our gracefully aged friends. Marni and Dries van Noten are just a couple of my favorite designers that channel elderly style perfectly.
