This dress was look #17 from Jill Stuart’s spring 2010 RTW fashion show & later was worn by actress Mia Wasikowska in Teen Vogue’s March cover-story. The frock’s princess sleeves puff prettily but are balanced by its straight body & short hem. Lacy innocence is subverted by a silver studded belt but ultimately crowned with a sea-foam flower headpiece… Fashionshesays.com.
