Since it rained/was windy/overcast all day yesterday, my hair was super fluffy! As I call it. Curlier than usual and poofy, haha! I got all dressed last night to go listen to my boyfriend DJ but by the time I was going to walk out the door I was super tired and didn’t really feel like leaving the house. The rain does that to me sometimes… and I felt I was dressed too warm for how cold it was! It really dropped down last night. I can’t even begin to think about applying for chictopia’s new summer contest until the weather gets warmer! As I’m sure it will soon.
I had these shoes up for sale on my etsy but no one seemed to love them and I realized how much I really liked them so I’m keeping them! Ha, I just have so many shoes I always feel guilty trying to keep all the pairs I find when I go thrifting.. but these are so comfy and awesome! They are suede and have a gold leather trim and awesome kind of checkered satin at the toes. Made in Spain!
Also the gold bangles on my right arm are actually these sleeve holders from the 70s! They are slinky and stretchy and apparently you slip them on a long sleeve shirt and push them up your arm so that you can sinch up your sleeves or something? Anyways, I thought they looked awesome as bracelets! I got them at an estate sale for a $1 I think.
These pants, however, will be for sale on my etsy later tonight or tomorrow!

I have yet to find the perfect pair(s) of trousers. I am definitely on the lookout though and have found many chictopia looks that I’ve favorited for inspiration. I will not give up!
