Good monday i hope?=)
Mine’s, well, usual.=) Went to Dubai mall, sat in Starbucks, had Milk tea, read my book (A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS by Khaled Hosseini, the author of KITE RUNNER) watched the Dubai Fountain (as i havent seen for a thousand times already!) and had Prawn Curry in a restaurant called Japengo. I should just copy the stuff i wrote weeks ago and paste it here as it’s always the same anyway! =) But i was with my friend today, it’s her day off so she joined me early tonight and just spoke in ilocano (our dialect) for hours. Argh, it’s nice to have someone to talk to someone sometimes apart from myself. =)
Anyway, this was the outfit today. I got these shoes on my first trip to Dubai Mall, but i couldnt stop wearing my flip-flop wedges and Kitten heels so i neglected them for a while. And didnt really plan to wear them today and as always, they (shoes) were the last ones i picked up to complete the outfit. Shoes are always my last. Many of you guys even create an outfit around the shoes, i love shoes, and bags and accessories just as much as you do but i’m really a clothes person. I first decide what style i’m gonna do, what age, depends on my mood or the weather or the occassion or sometimes, depends on Diddy’s mood, and i will not stop until i achieve the best look i can do, and when it’s a bad day, when nothing works, that’s when i grab a blazer/jacket. So the outfit today started on the blazer. My favourite one this one, it’s my first Stella McCartney and i bring it with me everytime i travel because it does save me when nothing works and helps me with my mood too. Socks+shoes trend- i was smiling when i was putting the socks on because i remembered my FIRST POST here in Chictopia, when socks+shoes was not yet officially a trend. I had a gig that time and i was starting to join my two little worlds-Fashion and Music. Had 7 chicpoints which got me orgasmic for days!=) Shorts- as some of you know, i am obsessed with anything high waisted. And before, i had to buy large size bottoms and alter them on the waist to lift it up and give it the high waist look. Thanks to whoever started the highwaist trend, now i dont need to alter!=) That’s it, i think you know the rest. I hope you like it, that’s the only thing that matters.=)
