I’ve been waiting for a Beverly’s coupon to buy this light blue and white seersucker material I saw to make a summer dress with a 1950s silhouette. Yes I’m that cheap. When I finally do get a coupon for May, H&M happens to come out with a pretty seeksucker/cotton 50s-ish summer dress that I couldn’t resist for $25. It’s funny how I was too cheap to buy the material at regular price for $5.99 a yard, but willingly spent $25 for a ready-to-wear one. Well, time is money, especially when the dress is pretty much fits and doesn’t require a whole lot of stressful alterations. Sorry the material looks all line-y or wavy in the pictures, the stripes are actually much smaller.
