I’m so sorry that my posts have been so infrequent this month. I’m going to get better this May! I have honestly been in such a fashion slump. I keep wanting to take pictures of my outfits, but have felt they were lacking. Have you ever picked up a piece from your closet, loved it, but been unable to find ANYTHING to wear with it??? I have about 10 pieces I have bought for spring and I just can’t pair them with anything in my closet to be cute. Hmph.
So, last weekend was prom!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEE :) It was amazing. Amazing amazing amazing. My dream senior prom. I know that is so cliche, but I honestly never thought I’d get the cliche senior prom with the guy you like. And it was a really exciting night! It was perfect. But I’m glad prom week is over because oh my gosh, there was so much to do. Flowers, dress stress (rhyme!), shoes, hair appointments, makeup, soccer games, and wow. So much. Plus, it was the Renaissance fair in my home town so I ended up working…a lot. (which wasn’t bad, because I got to work with my dear!)
24 days of school left. Holy cow. I can’t wait. School is killing me. I can’t focus. I can’t study. i can’t do anything but be excited about graduating and life in general :).

OUTFIT!
Well. To be honest. I really didn’t want to post this. At all. I love all of these pieces, but like I said, I couldn’t really figure out how to pair them all alone. And ended up throwing all these colors and patterns together. This is way more casual than anything I’ve posted on chictopia before. I guess you could say this is my average/normal/common school outfit. I’ve realized I wear shorts/tights about 3 times a week. Sometimes more. Lately I have noticed so many girls at my school wearing shorts and tights too. Let me just say to the fashion world of chictopia: i started it at school! Wooo! To all those naysayers who gave me dirty looks a few months ago and are now wearing them…ha :). Told you! Anyways, I love love love this hot pink scarf. I love the colors in it. And it’s so soft. I’m wearing my favorite yellow cardi and a new turquoise crochet top, too. I still am so unconfident about this outfit………even though individually, I love all of these pieces. Together? Well. I’ll wear it with confidence anyways :)
