I can’t tell you how amazed I was to find this gold belt for $2.99 shortly after I’ve bookmarked about 10 different gold belts on etsy for around $20-30. I LOVE IT! It’s kind of weird and scaley-looking but I personally think it’s perfect… especially with this blouse/jacket thingy. I’m in love with peplum jackets and when I saw this baby up on etsy I had to have it. Anyway, I finally felt like wearing something other than a skirt or a dress today…I need some silk shorts/trousers for this summer! I will be on the lookout for cropped trousers without the trendy drop-crotch in a light linen or silk material.
Today was one of those gross days in which all awesome plans fell through and instead of making s’mores at Halcyon I ended up staying home. I think I’m going to go soothe myself with some reading now. I would rather be eating chocolate chip cookies and going on a shopping spree instead though…
