Life has been busy. Life has been very busy. While reflecting on the past few weeks, I realized that I have not been taking time for myself in the area of dressing. I think it is very easy for fashion and clothing to become a necessity and matter of convenience rather than a source of expression and enjoyment. It is a sad thing when fashion is no longer fun, but instead viewed as a chore and clothing being something we just cover our bodies with. My goal was to put the fun back in fashion and dressing for myself by simply taking the time to wear what I wanted, what I felt, and what I liked. Mission accomplished. I felt more like myself than I have in awhile, and all I had to do was change out my clothing of convenience (leggings and flip flops) for clothing of choice.
