on a totally unrelated note, how come tons of people take a stance against fur but you never hear people talking about leather? they're both skin. And in some ways leather is even more "wrong" than fur cuz the minks and such are bred for their fur, they never would hav been alive otherwise. Whereas people just use the leather of cows they kill in slaughter houses yeah...and i like your outft btw

i got worried for a sec when I saw your long comment b/c it looked like you were yelling at me for wearing fur! but you definitely have a point, i guess a major reason is because fur is more obvious visually, and you immediately think of an animal when you see fur, whereas leather isn't as distinctive at first glance and maybe just doesn't say "This came from an animal" as blatantly.
