Today is the second-to-last day of the school week, which means tomorrow is Friday at last. I wish I could say my weekend will entail all sorts of exciting things, but I can’t. Tomorrow is junior prom – which everyone has grown tired of talking about months ago, but still, it means my friends will be occupied. But enough of my tiny high school problems!

I feel like this outfit is incredibly simple yet out of my comfort zone, which might not seem to make sense because I classify my style as “simple,” but there’s different types. I don’t wear many pieces at once or complex pieces, but I don’t wear trousers and basics that I wish I had the guts to wear.
