Yeah, I think that this would look good on someone who's size 2 or less. White generally makes someone look big, and the drape is not flattering to anyone with a big bottom - like moi.

Sooo, I love the theory and general look of this dress.
Especially the neon citrine band….but doesn’t it look like it sticks out in the butt? Like you know, a bustle?
