This is awsome & is suprisingly flattering.
It all starts with a super light icey bluebird Charmuse Satin top. Boning & Stiffiner to keep it’s shape, curved V-shape back & delicate moulding at the shoulders.

32 eyelets around the waistline connecting the top to the bubble inspired skirt made from smooth white lightweight non-crinkle fabric. A diagional Antique icey bluebird Satin Lace has been sewn around the skirting to break-up the falling hemline. These two pieces then virtically laced together with thin ribbon allowing the skirting to move & dance while the top stays secure.
