Ha! I fooled you. I was totally wearing my bowler hat. Because it is glued to my head, as I’ve been saying. I scored these amazing sunglasses at the antique mall today. They are exactly what I was looking for, totally round and over sized. And old as hell. And only $7. I got them at this place called “The Knitting Mill”, and it’s an old knitting mill converted into booths of antiques. It’s mostly furniture and the like, but they are soon opening a clothing section. I’m psyched. I’ll be posting photos of the antique mall as well as the two other things I bought (and awesome gold sunburst clock for my dining room and a vintage camera) on my blog later, but that probably won’t be up for at least a few hours.
In the mean time, for those who are interested, last night I posted photos of my wedding last November, as some people requested it. Warning: I was, um, plump and pretty? Yeah. Something like that. There’s something about love and enchiladas that does that to you…
Wearing:
fantastic round vintage sunglasses
vintage plaid shirt
AA black tank
craftily placed trashy bra strap
vintage necklaces
vintage levi’s cut offs

The Snowshoe Rabbit
ps. does anyone else find that Wombat’s song “Let’s Dance to Joy Division” to be like fucking awful… and fucking awfully great? At the same time? I hate myself for not being able to get enough of it.
