I’m in love with this weather! It would just top it off if the trees had leaves, or even flowers of some sort. But I will not complain. I felt like a bit of a nerd in this outfit, y’know, with my white polka dot socks. But it’s okay because being a nerd is fun, and being the girl who will dance around in dresses is so much more fun than being the girl who needs to keep every piece of hair in tact.
I didn’t even plan to wear green today – but hey, why not! After all, I’m a titch Irish… more so than other people (ahem, people in my school donned in head-to-toe green that will brag about their awesome partying tomorrow). That makes me sound full of myself, eh? Whatever.
I’m not even tired today. I’m motivated… sorta. I think I may open my windows, clean my room, then plop on my bed and read some magazines I picked up. Oh, to think the last issues were read on the train ride to NYC and in my hotel room before anything started… but I’m going back during spring break! (I hope.)
It’s been nearly a year since I snatched up my Nikon D40 off of Craigslist… and it’s almost my birthday. I’m considering asking for a new lens – anyone know of any good ones? I want a 50mm lens, which isn’t that expensive, but I haven’t really looked into anything else. Suggestions?

Oh man I love this. It's comprised of basics and looks so comfy but still interesting!
