Well, this is my Birthday outfit. I am still really trying to play with this skirt and trying to find the perfect top to wear with it. I was hoping to find some tops while I was away, but didn’t have much luck. I decided that I was going to go through my closet and try everything I could with it and see if I could find something. This is the first look that I liked and it gave me a better understanding of what kind of tops I should be looking for. I don’t normally mix black and navy, but why not break the rules. I was really happy with the outcome of this look. I finished it off with a cardigan, rose pattern tights, a brown belt, black purse and sunglasses. I think I am progressing with this skirt and I feel I have a better understanding of what works the best with it. I hope you like my look today and Happy birthday to me, half way to 60 :-)
