This is the dress Modcloth named for all the Chictopia 10 winners and will be sending to everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by it when it arrived; it has a real nice weight to the fabric and fun shape. It is super shiny in person, but I kinda like the gaudiness of the material. I only wish I had somewhere to wear it!
