I live in a little town called Church Hill, TN where I run my online vintage clothing store, Ladywolf Vintage. Other than the run-of-the-mill thrift stores, there really aren’t any cool locally-owned boutiques in the area. The only hip vintage store in the area, Bettye Jane’s, sadly just closed down. Other than thrift stores, Target is the place to be fashion-wise in the area- mainly due to their designer collaborations with the likes of Alexander McQueen, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Rodarte and Zac Posen. A gal’s best bet to get her fashion fix is to travel a little-ways to Asheville, NC which has a bunch of killer little boutiques such as Vintage Moon (to-die-for finds in that little place) and Hip Replacements (more everyday vintage wear). Other than that, eBay and etsy are the places to shop when trapped in a non-fashion-centric area such as this.
