what a GREAT idea! i looked at that blouse and thought: "wetseal?? gosh i need to get one!" then i realised you customized lol. and like someone said: those ruffles really add something to the outfit.

Thanks. I haven't sewn up the bottom yet, mostly because I'm not certain if I'm finished yet, I could take more off if I liked...
