I loveee your shoes!!!! I totally get the "dressing up" comment. People tell me that constantly. But I just love looking "nice". If I don't like my outfit or I feel sloppy, I can't get a THING done. Ooh, I love the monochromatic-ness of this! Apparently the blouse is blue, but it reads like an icy grey (or it could be the pic), which lends a little depth to the black-and-white palette. (And go Winners!)
