Wearing a skirt over a dress, worked pretty well in this case.
Probably shouldn’t be showing the stirrup part of the tights but I love them that way & liked how it mimicked the color blocking.

I love the dress! Great idea putting the skirt over it! I'd have never guessed it wasn't designed that way! and those shoes amazing. I think the tight are fine but it all depends on where you'd wear this. I 'd definitely go solid on the tights if I was going somewhere more than casual.
