The precocious teen behind queenelizabeth stole our hearts as soon as she joined the community. Opting to don one of the most highly coveted dresses of the season, this stylish gal made for stiff competition. Why should she be an IT Girl? Because she takes risks, if you couldn’t tell by the leopard print!

Rounding out our winner’s circle is c00kiemonster. I remember not too long ago doing a story on denim and falling for a denim shirt dress she wore. C is for Chic and it’s definitely good enough for us!
