I’m referring to the colorful “dress” that I’m wearing over the white button down shirt. At first I thought it was a skirt and thought I’d just hem it, but then I pulled it up and decided that it wasn’t too short for a dress. I made it more day time with the shirt, but it’s not bad without it for evening.

I like it a lot, but what is it? Any ideas?

(My legs always look so stubby in pictures- I think I need to Have R.H. kneel when he does this for me.)
