I am staring at a stack of Hunter S. Thompson books bigger than my head. This is both exciting and intimidating. I am to study his worth further for a Style and Grammar class and then present it as a group project. I missed the meeting as I had a conflicting appointment I couldn’t miss so my group members assigned me the least preferred task of analyzing Hunter’s grammar use. Thanks, guys.
Well, I’m sure I will learn wondrous grammatical secrets I can apply to my own work! The man was a brilliant writer (and may he rest in peace. Actually, I would prefer if he rose again.)
I wore this out to the shop to pick up some envelopes and tissue paper. Two vintage Etsy orders are bundled up and ready to go out on the post tomorrow!
I got this spring jacket from Winners this winter for a mere $20. I lovelovelove the navy with the white piping. So classic!
I’m going to drink tea and do some reading this evening. What better than to tackle a stack of homework than with a cup of hot tea?
I hope everyone is having a great Thursday and are as pumped for the weekend as I am!
Thank-you again for all the support. So many people commenting, voting and becoming my fan is so very inspiring!
I appreciate it ever so much.
I know a lot of us are chic on a budget (eg. me.) I wanted to point out that this outfit in its entirety cost me $16.50 or $36.50 including the jacket.
Don’t let a budget discourage you! A budget just means more hunting for bargains which means more shopping which is MORE FUN, right? : )
