This is what I wore yesterday, to see my friends’ band Coral Castles play. They are really totally rad and you should all visit their myspace and check them out! I have been getting really into them recently; their shows always make me smile. Plus, they are pretty boys for the looking at.

My shoes weren’t really drunk rocking out material. Got a little wombly, and I ended up throwing on some thrifted cowboy boots from the back of my car after the show was over. The boots are a size too big, and I will be selling them one fine day. I wore this with the heels and hat and glasses for most of the show, though I am known to put my accessories off and on as it suits me through out the evening. I wore the same outfit with my docs during the day.

loving your look! quesion for ya: i just bought those booties, and when i walk in them i feel a little off, because one side of the shoe comes up higher on your ankle, you know? do you get used to it?

i definitely find it a million times easier to walk in these than when i first got them. they will never be "comfy" shoes, but it gets better after a few wears.

i enjoy both shoes. the docs are so so sweeet! i have a pair of boots like that..that i always almost regret wearing..because i get...as you said..wombly.. cute out fit either way though!

lol. yeah, i thought about correcting "wombly" to "wobbly" but then I thought that "wombly" was somehow more appropriate
