Omg you guys I started my own blog at blogspot, I’m so excited!!! I won’t be leaving you guys here though, I’l probably just post more pictures and info on my “real” blog.
After probably a year of contemplating it, I finally mustered up the courage to start my own “independent” blog. I see this blog as a way to develop my writing skills and to keep up with the fashion world on a daily basis, while adding bits of me to the mix. I want to become a fashion journalist, combining a job and a passion. It’s a dream of mine, and this is one of the first steps I’m taking in that direction.
I finally settled on the flying dutchman as a title for my blog after I’d thought about quotes and titles from songs and movies, but this just jumped into my mind and I absolutely love it: I’m dutch, I love boats, and it’s funny (representing my way of communicating) and about fashion, ha!
I wrote a lot more down there, go check it out please and feel free to comment, you’d make me the happiest girl in the world!

Today’s outfit is a simple one, I wanted to wear something a bit rocker to complement these boots I’d been meaning to wear. I bought them at Pimkie for 12 euro: score!
